Wild chicory that I grew in a pot. In the midwest, this grows along the roads and is gorgeous when in full bloom. But farmers consider it a noxious weed and my uncle would have a fit if he knew I was growing it deliberately. I love chicory! The pioneers used the roots as a substitute for coffee.
